Fraud Analyst

Role objective

The Objective of this role is to support the assigned BU'S by processing the suspected fraud alerts and referrals in the GAFS queue or out of any other referral process of the BU within a defined time frame and communicate the result to the claim team at the BU, as per the defined and agreed SLA with BU's.

Key Responsibility

Gain Full understanding and training of the lines of business of assigned BU. Undergo Training for fraud and the leakage management process and the function rules around them. Process the fraud alert pertaining to the assigned BU's and generate in GAFS or referred separately/alternative by the Claims Agents at BUs for the concerned lines of business side Assistance, MDDR, in line with Fraud Functional Rules and the Defined process. Separate the fraud alerts as False positives and clear them for further processing by the claims team and refers the rest. Analyses and present the leakage measurement result to the concerned teams, Implement, ensure & control implementation of leakage functional rule.

 

Key Requirement

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in insurance claims operation. Prior experience in fraud management investigation in the insurance/ Financial services will be prepared. Competent MS office Skills Good Communication Skills
