The Fraud Representative / Analyst is responsible for identifying and investigating incidents of actual and suspected fraudulent activity leading to the abuse of William Hill.
What you will be doing:
Fraud Detection and Risk AnalysisUses in house and third-party tools to detect potential fraud across all relevant William Hill platformsMake accurate, well informed risk analysis of customer behaviourTakes appropriate follow up action on customer account in line with the risk analysis and company proceduresProductivity, Quality and ComplianceMeets the department's expected levels of productivity and quality Key Performance IndicatorsEnsures regulatory compliance by ensuring all appropriate process are followedFeedback CycleProvides ongoing feedback and raises problems based on day to day experience as part of departments continuous improvementProvides ongoing feedback and fraudulent activities from all sources to contribute to team fraud and risk knowledge base
What we are looking for:
Keen attention to details, analytical and proactiveKnowledgeable in MS Office ApplicationsCan effectively interact within all levels of organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExhibits initiative and pro-active traits, professionalism and willingness to learnSound decision making skillsBachelor's degree is a plusRisk and Fraud experience is an advantageAmenable to work on shifting schedule
