Pay Rate:

$96,000-124,500 per year

Hours:  8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday

The Job You Will Perform:

Duties: Conducting investigations of a highly sensitive and/or complex nature and handling confidential information with limited supervision. Requesting, obtaining, and analyzing information from various sources to assess process breakdowns. Assessing internal process controls for potential weaknesses and recommending improvements to reduce fraud where applicable. Conducting reviews of purchasing card and T&E activity. Preparing appropriate documentation for audit, legal or regulatory authorities. Lead formal fraud and compliance reviews. Interacting with and integrating procedures with the internal and external auditors. Utilizing data analytic tools to identify high risk transactions in large data sets. Performing follow-up reviews to ensure issues raised previously have been appropriately addressed. Drafting communications to appropriate company personnel, external auditors, and the Audit & Finance Committee of the Board of Directors. Participating in special projects and large-scale initiatives, as required Communicate and resolve helpline investigations from within the US and LATAM.

 

The Skills You Will Bring:

Requirements: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related and 5 years of internal audit or fraud investigations in an international manufacturing environment including 3 years of the following:

SOX and AOA (Advisory and Other Assurance) Audits Internal audit accounting practices and procedures Performing and developing risk assessments and internal audits Drafting communications to appropriate company personnel, external auditors, and the Audit & Finance Committee of the Board of Directors Utilizing data analytic tools to identify high risk transactions in large data sets. Preparing internal audits in compliance with USGAAP and ICFR (internal control over financial reporting) AuditBoard

Must be fluent in Spanish. Must be able to travel 20-30% of the time with 1-2 LATAM trips per year.
