Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify risks and patterns of fraud within different checkpoints of our productMonitor user activities on a daily basis, identify unusual/anomalous behavior, and take immediate action when necessaryConduct end-to-end fraud review and investigation as well as take immediate actions based on alerts, customer complaints, and other fraud reports, and–if needed–perform field investigation in a timely mannerEscalate a case in a timely manner when requiredDocument findings from investigations, analyze the case, and recommend action items and feasible improvements to minimize fraud from happening in the futureInteract with issuing institutions and customers to validate the information, to confirm or cancel authorizations, and manage disputesMaintain various range of Fraud BlacklistsUnderstand Traveloka products and business processes in-depthCompile and present report to the team on the fraud findingsBuild a network of fraud knowledge and know-howBe the ears on the ground on the new and upcoming fraud trendProvide input/ insights on fraudulent method/ behavior to be used to develop preventive and curative actions.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Anti fraud, Fraud Ops, Fraud Investigations, or similar role, preferably in cardsStrong analytical thinking and detail orientedInvestigative and problem solving skills, supported by good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, maintain flexibility in a fast paced environmentExcellent both verbally and written English
