Fraud Investigator - Sr Professional

TITLE:                                 Fraud Investigator - Sr Professional

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Support transaction risk management for a portfolio of merchant accounts. Develop and implement machine learning models and rules to mitigate fraud and credit risk. Analyze ambiguous data to understand trends, reach conclusions, and develop strategies to improve portfolio performance. Provide internal and external reporting and analytics on an ongoing and ad hoc basis. Monitor key metrics and ensure accounts are meeting all contractual SLAs.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving analytics and reporting experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving analytics and reporting experience. Prior experience must include one year in the following: Reporting with SQL; Manipulating data and building models using SAS; Working with Power BI for data analytics and visualization; Working with Machine Learning and Big Data; Automating reports using Cognos; and Transaction risk analysis including Check and ACH.
