Location: Commutable to our Swansea or Sunderland Hub – Hybrid working - around 2 days per week in hub
Salary: From £46,000 plus excellent benefits, includng car allowance, 30 days holiday and private healthcare

Within Fraud Operations we are recruiting a new Operations Managers who can lead teams to deliver for our customers.
We work flexibly between home and sites, with the fraud team spanning Sunderland, Swansea, Birmingham, Edinburgh & Chelmsford. If working remotely is new to you, don’t worry, we’ll give you the support and equipment you need to get step up.
What we need today
We’d love our Operations Manager to have these skills and experience:
• Excellent understanding of key drivers, levers, issues and constraints of the contact centre environment.
• Strong leadership experience, driving a diverse & inclusive team with a positive embedded culture.
• Deliver each operational area’s scorecard and key KPIs. And provides development and coaching to the teams across the operational area.
• Maintain operational stability within Fraud Operations, by managing appropriate stakeholder relationships and ensuring specialist technical teams are available to manage and escalate incidents and implement cutting-edge technical solutions for Fraud Operations
• Excellent communication skills, fraud is evolving across the industry, we need a leader who can bring the team on this journey, keeping them engaged and involved in changes.
• Ability to collaborate, to plan, execute and problem solve to challenging deadlines and during times of ambiguity.
• Preferred knowledge of the Fraud market, industry drivers, external environment
