The Fraud Ops Lead Analyst is a senior level positions responsible for contributing to the development of fraud management policies, processes and procedures to minimize the impact of fraud in coordination with the Operations - Services team.The overall objective of this role is to manage fraud losses by ensuring analysts make appropriate decisions using risk/reward balanace methodology.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Lead Fraud Management projects, and manage a component of the fraud loss portfolio
+ Contribute to the development of fraud management policies, processes, procedures, tactics and strategies
+ Manage fraud losses, advise or coach new or lower level personnel, and ensure analysts make appropriate decisions
+ Identify fraud detection issues at the strategy and portfolio level and provide analytical/modeling solutions
+ Participate in the execution of change management initiatives and monitor the execution of operational objectives and goals
+ Manage authorization detection strategies to mitigate fraud losses and ensure actions balance risk/reward and are customer centric
+ Prioritize and plan detection projects in conjunction with fraud management policies and strategies
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of experience in a related role
+ Senior level experience in a similar position preferred
+ Expert in the subject of at least one area of the function
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
+ Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
+ Master’s degree preferred

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$93,440.00 - $140,160.00
