About the role The Fraud Risk Supervisor will be responsible to coordinate and execute the enhancement of Fraud reporting solutions (both analytical and data strategic oriented) and forecast development to contribute to a better risk based decision-making process. In this role, you will review consumer fraud trends, support the revamp of high-risk models and verification strategy design while leading a team of 2 Jr. Analysts and maintaining close relationships with several business units of the Operations such as Consumer Acquisitions, Collections and Sales, among others. What you need Bachelors’ degree or equivalent Actuary, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, System Engineering or similar are a plus +3 years of work experience in banking, financial services and/or related fields Previous experience working with data science methodologies, data infrastructure, credit analysis and fraud strategy Fluency and proficiency in English required Effective oral, written and presentations skills Technical expertise in risk and fraud is a plus Advanced computer skills in MS Office and at least one of the following tools: SAS, Power BI, WPS, SQL, Python or similar Able to prioritize and organize workloads according to the Business needs Strong ability to create and maintain good working relationships with business units and corporate functions Previous experience leading teams is a plus What you will be doing Enhancement of the current Fraud reporting definition Support the development of fraud models Fraud forecast maintenance and enhancement Produce data driven fraud/risk recommendations Conduct PoC´s for new fraud tools Fraud tools effectiveness analysis execution Support ad hoc activities for local and regional market What we offer At GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
