Free People is looking for an Assistant Merchandiser to help manage the team’s monthly creative merchandising strategy as well as the overall maintenance of the site and email calendar. You will oversee daily email campaign management, partnering with cross functional teams to ensure all components are delivered in a timely manner.
Role Responsibilities Support merchandising partners and learn to perform all operational merchandising functions.Oversee product presentation and category maintenance across the site, app and email marketing to ensure consistency and strong brand POVOwn the email process for all relevant marketing, including - creating and maintaining Asana cards for daily campaigns, tracking weekly selling and inventory on all featured styles, and acting as the point person for Graphic Design and Copy teams to ensure the Merchandising vision is translated through copy and imagery for each messagePartner with Email Marketing team to launch daily email campaigns efficiently and effectivelyIdentify opportunities to reshoot styles/cc’s on the website to help drive current business and manage reshoot wins. Role Qualifications Awareness of the industry and trend, specifically within ecommerceUnderstanding of the FP Movement customer and aestheticStrong communication skills.Creative + Collaborative.Strong organizational skillsSelf-starter with strong capacity for multitasking and working independently; adept at prioritizing and filtering feedbackExperience in ecommerce merchandising, web production, or related role is ideal#LI-ME1
