Love boating?  As part of the talented Freedom Boat Club Marine Operations Center team, the Marine Lube Technician will travel to dock locations throughout the Tampa territory to perform oil changes and preventive maintenance on our fleet of vessels. This position is full-time and requires availability on weekdays. **At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.** Essential Functions: + Drains oil from marine engines and replaces it to manufacturer specifications; cleans and replaces oil filters + Identifies vessels requiring repair or maintenance through provided work orders and specifications + Identifies when and what type of preventive maintenance is required for vessels; performs the maintenance, reporting any need for additional maintenance or repairs to manager + Works in Fleetio and Reservation systems to complete logs, reports, or other documentation related to the installation, replacement, or modification of vessel parts + Removes oil and grease from vessel, tools, and work area + Maintains inventory of parts and cleanliness in service vehicles + Complies with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines regarding health, safety, and environmental protection + Performs other maintenance related duties as assigned **Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.** Required Qualifications: + High school diploma or equivalent + Valid driver’s license + Passing a pre-employment background and drug screening + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Ability and willingness to wear personal protective equipment + Ability to read and manipulate handheld tablets   + Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity  + Positive, cooperative attitude with the capability of working unsupervised  Preferred Qualifications: + Thorough understanding of marine engines and tools being used + Demonstrated experience with servicingmarine engines + Experience driving vehicles withboat trailersand launching and retrievingvessels in and out of the water + Experience driving, maneuvering, and docking vessels + Boating safety ID card + Vessel livery operator’s certification Working Conditions: + Prolonged periods driving to dock locations + Prolonged periods standing, crouching, bending, climbing, stooping, reaching, twisting, pushing, and pulling in order to perform job + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time **Why Brunswick:** Whatever tomorrow brings, we’ll be at the leading edge.
