Role Summary:
As part of the Production Account Management team, this role offers the unique opportunity to work on the largest total beverage company in the world, managing the production scope for the Asean South Pacific (ASP) region, working with a diverse set of clients and seeing projects through end-to- end.
As an Account Manager you are a leader within the Client Services department and are pivotal to the smooth running of the business with focus on delivering excellency in production quality and high levels of client service.
You are responsible for client relationships, managing the team, building relationships with stakeholders and delivering against budgets and timelines. You should have a proven track record within account handling, knowledge of industry best-practice and a strong commercial acumen.

Multi-tasking will be the order of the day – prioritization and organization are key, and time-management indispensable Resilience and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Solid understanding of production and the creative development process, content production, technology, quality assurance testing and marketing methodologies, coupled with the continuous hunger to deepen/broaden production knowledge Strong business and commercial acumen related to managing adaptation and production projects; works with Understanding of and adherence to commercial compliance procedures Attention to detail is a must for production excellency Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeQualifications
3-5 years of experience in account management or project management working in a video, print or digital production role Prior agency experience managing international/regional clients in multiple markets with a diverse set of stakeholders is desired
