**Overview**
The BSA is a technical role residing in the technical department, responsible for documentation of technical functionality across various platforms.
**Responsibilities**
**Intake Responsibilities:**
+ Audit of inherited Alnylam website to fully document website functionality as it exists upon intake
+ All expected site functionality, including:
+ Document connectors (where do forms go?, where is the data stored?, other APIs)
+ Document broken functionality
+ Identify gaps
+ Intended validation/error states and logic to arrive at validation
+ Specific tracking requirements
+ Output of Website Intake would be an FRD (functional requirements document)
+ FRD’s will version-up with each enhancement to the digital asset
+ Benefits of BSA Involvement and Website Functional Documentation:
+ Living documentation as a reference point of intended functionality
+ Source of truth
+ BSA role of understanding, defining and detailing technical functionality
**Potential for Ongoing Responsibility of a BSA**
+ Extended usage of FRD to other digital assets (ISA, Emails, existing Heartbeat websites)
+ FRD becomes a living document, updated with the enhancement of the technical asset
**Process Considerations:**
+ Approved FRD is a catalyst for development. This should be approved before development begins
+ Approved FRD will inform the development of QA Test Plans
+ Opportunity to identify where BSA needs to be inserted into delivery process (website, digital ISA)

Compensation Range: $39.18-$66.11/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
