Job DescriptionICF Next is looking for a dynamic and strategic Freelance Communications Officer to support one of our client’s teams. It concerns a fulltime position, ideally suited for someone based in Luxembourg or able to commute to Luxembourg. The role focuses on social media and website communications, with an emphasis on high-level corporate and political engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management: Content preparation, publishing, and monitoring, primarily for LinkedIn and X (Twitter).Website & Intranet Content: Drafting, editing, and publishing relevant updates.Strategic Communication Planning: Gathering communication needs from the client’s team, prioritizing tasks under the direction of the Head of Department.Content Creation & Editing: Refining presentations, crafting speeches, and designing graphics.Event Support: Assisting in the organization of corporate events as needed.Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the interface between the client’s team and central communication teams.Qualifications & ExperienceNative-level English speaker (preferred); additional language skills are an advantage.Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, ideally in a corporate, financial, or political setting.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft engaging, high-level content.Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively across cultures.Experience managing corporate social media accounts (LinkedIn, X/Twitter); familiarity with other platforms is a plus.Background in financial institutions or product-based industries is highly desirable.Why Join Us?
