This team supports the execution and tracking of all promotional deliverables, ensuring they meet network standards and are delivered on time. The Freelance Marketing Operations Coordinator will assist with day-to-day workflows that help ensure alignment across internal teams and the smooth delivery of marketing assets tied to key FOX Sports properties like the NFL, MLB, and College Football.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in deadline-driven environments, communicates clearly, and can jump into established workflows with minimal ramp-up.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the coordination and delivery of promotional materials across FOX Sports propertiesSupport the collection and organization of campaign details from internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, production)Help update project information and timelines in internal tracking systemsAid in preparing materials for review and approval prior to distributionFacilitate the distribution of final assets to internal departments and external partnersTrack asset deliveries and flag any issues or changes to the appropriate team membersWork within established tools and workflows to help maintain smooth and timely operationsWHAT YOU WILL NEED
1+ years of experience in marketing, broadcast media, or a related environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentComfortable working across teams (planning, production, sales) to gather and verify detailsAble to track shifting timelines and updates with precision and follow-throughOccasional evening or weekend availability during peak seasons, including NFL, MLB, and College FootballNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.85-31.73 per hour.
