We’re seeking a **Freelance Medical Director, Clinical Development - Neurology** to lead clinical trial execution and contribute to global development strategies on a **part-time basis** . This contract role runs through **December 31, 2025** , offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in drug development with flexible hours. **What you will be doing:** + Lead cross-functional teams in the design and execution of neurology clinical studies. + Oversee the development of study-related documents, including protocols, regulatory submissions, and publications. + Guide country and site selection, patient recruitment, and data monitoring to ensure study success. + Analyze safety and efficacy data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. + Stay ahead of industry developments by attending scientific conferences and monitoring the competitive landscape. + Collaborate with regulatory authorities and contribute to BLA/sBLA filings. **You Are:** + MD or MD-equivalent (Residency training highly preferred). + 5+ years of clinical development experience in neurology. + Strong knowledge of clinical research methodology, biostatistics, and regulatory processes. + Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. + Experience interacting with regulatory authorities and leading cross-functional teams.
