\nWhy does this role exist

\nThe Recruitment Specialist is responsible for recruiting top-tier talent and ensuring a streamlined hiring process. This role involves collaboration with hiring managers, strategic planning, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline through effective branding and sourcing techniques.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe impact you’ll make: 
Requisition Management\nConduct meetings with hiring managers to define hiring needs and assist in creating strategic hiring plans.\nParticipate in strategic planning to fulfill the manpower needs of requesting departments.\nObtain all necessary sign-offs to validate the hiring process.\nProvide hiring managers with detailed candidate assessments to aid in the decision-making process.\nProvide regular updates on hiring progress to managers, ensuring transparency and alignment with recruitment goals.\n\n
Candidate Sourcing\nWork with the sourcing team to ensure job advertisements are posted effectively through both organic and paid channels.\nEvaluate leads from various sources, repurpose them as needed, and meet daily and weekly recruitment funnel goals.\n\n
Assessment and Interviewing\nAdminister candidate assessments and report findings.\nConduct initial and behavioral interviews, facilitating further interviews with hiring managers.\nEndorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and arrange subsequent interviews.\n\n
Job Offer Management\nDevelop salary proposals aligned with candidate expectations.\nNegotiate salary details and obtain necessary salary information sheets.\nSecure approvals for job offers from relevant authorities.\nConduct detailed job offer presentations to candidates.\nMonitor and track job offer acceptances to ensure successful hiring clos\nExtend job offers to selected candidates and prepare offer packages.\n\n
ATS Management\nConfigure interview questions, scorecards, and recruitment funnels within the ATS.\nEnsure the ATS is up-to-date with the latest candidate information and hiring stages.\nUtilize the ATS for efficient tracking and management of candidate progress throughout the hiring process.\n\n
Background VerificationComplete reference and background checks for selected candidates.\n
Candidate Experience Management\n Guarantee a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and conduct surveys for feedback.\nOffer prompt and informative feedback to candidates, addressing any follow-up questions or concerns.\n\n
Onboarding Coordination\nCollaborate with onboarding, training, and line managers to develop onboarding plans for new hires.\nCraft and distribute new hire and promotion announcements on internal company channels.\nSend reminders and pertinent information to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.\n\n
Performance and Progress Monitoring\nKeep track of your own recruitment metrics, productivity, and key performance indicators to ensure peak performance.\nDeliver on daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets as set by Recruitment Manager\n\n
Strategic Contribution\nContribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies and initiatives.\nParticipate in employer branding efforts to create a positive candidate experience.\n\n

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:\nAt least 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience with employer branding and enhancing the candidate experience.\nProficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment data management.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nDemonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
