Be a trusted partner and reliable resource for clients and for creative teams
Understand research and reporting methodology, and guide the team through the development of those projects
Present material in a clear, concise, and impactful manner
Partner with strategists to further develop their skills as strategic thinkers and storytellers
Comfortable working with data and data strategists to develop target audiences, profiles, personas and other deliverables utilizing data

Verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and presentation skills should be best in class.
Must have strong presentation skills and be able to develop presentation materials that are clear, concise, and intriguing.
Innate curiosity to want to understand people, culture and the world, overall, and, most importantly, a burning desire to dig into what makes them tick.
Must possess open-mindedness to new ideas and ways of looking at things
