Highly successful candidates will have a breadth of speechwriting experience, such as:  + Crafting impactful speeches that align with brand messaging and resonate with the audience.  + Collaborating closely with executives to capture their voice and vision in written form.  + Conducting in-depth research to support speech content and ensure accuracy and relevance.  + Writing with visualization in mind; developing direction for visuals to track along speech content.  + Preparing scripts for teleprompter.  You’re an ideal candidate if you are:  + Confident in developing speeches independently from a brief, and collaboratively with a mixed team of creatives—designers, content strategists, and communication specialists.  + Experienced in working directly with C-suite executives and comfortable iterating in real-time during high-pressure situations.  + Prepared to share examples of past speeches delivered at major events or conferences.  + Proficient at adapting your writing style to fit unique speaker styles and have experience with various speechwriting techniques.  + Skilled in the art of storytelling, strategic messaging, and structure.  + Business savvy, with a clear understanding of corporate culture and communication.  + Excellent at incorporating feedback and addressing notes effectively.  Every project has a unique scope of work, audience, context, and goals. We look forward to meeting you!  Minimum Qualifications for this role:    5+ years of speechwriting experience required; agency, in-house, or entertainment experience preferred  + Expert in Word  + Proficient in presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides)  + Expert at navigating and expanding on brand guidelines to maintain and develop brand voice  + Strong storytelling sense; great sense of pacing visuals to talking points for maximum impact  + Ability to conceptualize and execute design ideas independently and as part of a team.  + Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ultra responsive   + Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure to turn revisions on a C-suite’s timeline   Compensation range varies depending on years and type of experience.
