The Freestyle Shipping and Receiving Coordinator is responsible for directing the work of other Logistics employees are assigned by the Supervisor. The Freestyle Shipping and Receiving Coordinator must possess leadership qualities and with a strong commitment to safety, quality, procedural and policy adherence, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Freestyle Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will schedule shipments and deliveries, issue work via computer system to warehouse employees and support warehouse and material’s operations. Candidate must be a team player with a strong work ethic and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do for Us
Coordinate interdepartmentally to safeguard movement of goods while maximizing efficiencies and delivering high-level customer service to both internal and external customers.Develop, implement, and sustain standard work procedures.Print and complete all Freestyle LTL paperworkCoordinate the receiving and inducting of BBP loadsCoordinate the receiving and inducting of paperboard loadsField all customer service email pertaining to Freestyle and escalate as neededReview Freestyle order 2-3 days in advance for customer service issues and request support when neededWork with shipping coordinators to supply Freestyle product for the loaders through communicationsCommunicate with curriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.Coordinate the building, loading, and paperwork completion for Canada loads with leadsReceive, store, and distribute material and product, as requiredIdentify non-conforming productPerform inventory reconciliationPerform audits, as scheduled, and requestedResearch inventory discrepancies, as neededConsolidate bills of lading for transfer to shipping officeLearn and follow all prescribed good manufacturing practice (GMP), safety, attendance, and rules of conduct guidelines.Available to work overtime and/or flexible shift hours when required.Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrated commitment to development of skills. Works well in a team environment, across functional boundaries.JOB OBJECTIVE:
Oversee the operation of the Freestyle shipping/receiving areas. Ensures that trucks are loaded properly, carriers receive dock assignment, all paperwork is completed in full, and product moved to proper distribution locations.

Ability to read and understand instructions and safety procedures. Ability to record information. Ability to move 65 lbs., a distance of at least 5 ft. Visual ability to identify container and equipment problems. Manual dexterity to manipulate small objects. Ability to stand for extended periods (2 hours).
JOB LOCATION AND WORK CONDITIONS:
All Coca- Cola, Syrup branch work is performed on a production floor, yard, & Shipping office. Work requires exposure to moderate noise levels, working around moving equipment, confined spaces, wetness, fumes, subject to hazards, including working with or near moving mechanical parts, electrical current, exposure to toxic/hazardous chemicals. Work is performed on fixed shifts. Manufacturing facility subject to extreme heat and cold. Multi-shift operation.

Forklift, computer, fax machine, copier, printer, scan gun, telephone, two-way radio
Qualification & Requirements
