Job Description

Brook Street is working with our logistics client in Belfast to recruit a new member of staff for their client operations department.

Main purpose of job is operational control of client shipments from booking, loading and despatch as per client customer profiles.

Duties

Updating client software systems - SAPPlace export booking with shipping lines to meet specific target ETA'sShipment tracking on various websites.Applications for veterinary certificatesCompletion of shipping/bill of lading instructions to shipping lines both manually and on-lineComplete export customs declarationsEntering jobs onto company computer system.Maintaining accurate records & spreadsheet's

Criteria:

2-3 Years Freight Forwarding experienceComputer literacy, Microsoft Office or similarAbility to prioritise and manage deadlinesAbility to work within set KPI'sAccuracy & attention to detail

Working hours will be 9.00am to 5.15pm - Full Time - 36.25 Hrs
