Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a HHA/CNA  to join our growing team!                    Fremont Village Senior Living recently opened in October of 2022 and is located right off Highway 169 in Zimmerman, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 65-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.  We were awarded the Best Senior Living Bronze Award 2023 from Star Tribune. Shifts Available: Part Time (Bathe -Aide 7a-12p) Full-Time PM (2:30p-10:30p), (Part-time PM(4-9p) Part-time Noc
HHA Wage: $17-$22
CNA Wage: $19-$24
Shift Differential: PM: Extra $1/hr NOC: Extra $2/hr

Are you compassionate towards others?  Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others?  If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently!  Our CNA’s and HHA’s become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.                       In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:                     CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.           Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.            Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.           Assist with medication administration.                              Preferred Qualifications:           Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.           Strong interest in healthcare.           Positive, compassionate attitude.           Strong customer service and communication skills.
