Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Data Support Specialist to provide dedicated support for Canada and the local sales market. This role requires strong communication skills in French and English (C1 level) and the ability to manage multiple priorities across various systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating sales promotions, preparing promotion contracts, creating and maintaining product listings, verifying prices and descriptions, and ensuring the accuracy of e-content. Additionally, this role involves compiling and analyzing data to detect patterns, generate insights, and develop data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing support for Canada and the local sales market, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working across different systems.

Validate sales promotions and prepare promotional contracts.

Create and maintain product listings in relevant systems, ensuring accurate pricing and descriptions.

Conduct audits of promotions and maintain e-content to ensure consistency and quality.

Compile, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and support decision-making.

Job Qualifications

Fluent in French and English (C1 level) – both written and verbal communication.

Strong operational discipline and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

Technical proficiency in Excel (French and English).

Background in finance or a related field is preferred.

Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
