Responsibilities

Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted"Increase average order size using effective-cross selling techniquesAnalyze customer situations and determine which department the customer needs to speak with in order to serve them bestAccurately place telephone ordersWork independently and professionally

Qualifications

Able to help customers in English and French fluentlyProficient in keyboarding and computer skillsAble to analyze problemsAble to work fast paced and under stressAble to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracyAble to handle confidential informationAble to type 30+ WPM
