Education:
Should be a French B2 certifiedGraduateResponsibilities:
Provide support for backend operations in both voice and non-voice processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of tasks.Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails in French, resolving clients inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients interactions and transactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve clients issues and escalate as necessary.Follow established procedures and guidelines for quality assurance and compliance.Complete assigned tasks and meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and process updates to provide accurate information to clients.Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with team leads.Qualifications:
Fluency in French at a B2 level, both written and spoken, is mandatory.Strong communication skills in French, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage workload effectively.Experience in backend operations or clients support roles preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.Job Category:
