We are currently looking for Social Media & Support Analyst with French to work with us in a global project with one of our most important client.

People with initiative and responsibility, who have good diction and excellent treatment with the client. We will assess those who have a technical profile or related experience in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Social Listening and pay attention to comments and posts about the customer and its application. Track actions and their impact on the overall operation. Provide Support to end users of the application. Make recommendations to Management to improve inefficiencies. Track, analyze and distribute KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the management Team.Necessary skills and experience required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Advanced French level is a MUST. Intermediate English level. Attention to detail. Previous experience in Contact Center is a plus.Why Cognizant?
