Your future duties and responsibilities:Take in charge IT incidents respecting the SLA and OLA agreements with the
following scope:
Incident management process: logging, categorization, and
Incident coordination
Impact analysis
Communication reports to stakeholders
Management of crisis cells for major incidents
Incident Analysis, priority validation and information verification
Stakeholders identification for incident resolution and technical team
Crisis cell creation if needed; (conf calls/war room)
Redaction and share of Post Incident Reviews
Respect of defined SLA and OLA agreements
Communication to users and management
Participate and Animate P1 & P2 incident reviews
Backlog treatment and follow-up (P3, P4 & P5 incidents)
Technical skills:
IT production and administration systems (linux, windows, network
architecture, VPN and firewalls)
Service Now, Outlook, Microsoft Office
Transversal skills:
ITIL knowledge – Major Incident Management (must know)
Change Management & Problem management (how the processes
can be related is a plus).
Soft skills:
Good Communication
Stress resistant
Leadership (in case of crisis cell)
Risk identification and follow-up
