OVERVIEW Select and put away product, and unload trucks to meet daily production and shipping needs. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) RTE Picking – Select orders for bakery items to ship to stores, fill and properly label totes. Bakery Picking – Select orders for bakery items to ship to stores, fill and properly label totes. Production Receiving – Count, verify correct labeling and receive finished RTE items into inventory. Shipping – Place totes/trays on appropriate trucks for shipping. RTE Production – Assemble and wrap RTE items. Replenishment – fill picking locations with finished products. Case packing – package finished products into cases and palletize.
