Job DescriptionInterfaces with design, technology, process, quality and reliability engineering to solve problemsWork with subcon test engineering team, manages product from qual to high volume productionEarly Involve with Product Design Team ahead of production, and bring back the production best practice into design & development phaseFailure Analysis for product qualification & package qualification as well as on-going reliability monitoring failure for a best quality productSustains products with cost reduction and yield improvementsGood data analysis skill, ability to multi-task and meet deadlinesGood communication (written and verbal) in EnglishFamiliar with one of C++, python or any programming languageFamiliar with any of non-volatile memory product(2D/3D NAND) or Advantest testing is a plus

QualificationsBS/BA degree or aboveFamiliar with one of C++, python or any programming languageMust have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environmentSelf-motivated, work independently, good logical thinkingFluent English oral and written abilities.Good skill at Excel, PowerPoint
