Job Description

Responsible for the mechanical weighing of all bulk product in support of deboning and cut up processes.Maintains cleanliness and order in bulk product weighing and maintains weight records as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

Verify and maintain, on a daily basis, the bulk product inventory for disbursement to deboning and cutup linesDistribute bulk products to respective line throughAccept known returns and verify all input to cooler through department supervisor
