Safety must take precedence over all other concerns. Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in paint buffing, polishing, or auto detailing is preferred but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate.Technical Skills: Familiarity with buffing tools, polishing techniques, and detailing equipment.Attention to Detail: Ability to identify imperfections and ensure high-quality finishes on painted surfaces.Ability to Read and Follow Instructions: Proficient in reading and following repair/estimate orders to ensure accurate work is completed.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with a good driving record, adhering to company driving policies.Physical Requirements: Capability to stand, bend, and work on vehicles for extended periods, and lift up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs] as needed.Safety Awareness: Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines, including proper use of tools and compliance with driving policies.Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with the paint and collision teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient delivery of vehicles.Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of work quality.World Toyota is a Group 1 dealership.
