Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance401(k) plan with company matchPaid Time-OffEmployee Stock Purchase PlanEmployee Vehicle Purchase ProgramProfessional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities Responsibilities Surface Preparation: Inspect freshly painted vehicles to identify imperfections and prepare surfaces for buffing.Buffing and Polishing: Use appropriate tools and techniques to buff and polish painted surfaces, ensuring a flawless and high-quality finish.Detailing: Remove overspray, dust particles, and other imperfections from the paint to meet dealership and manufacturer standards.Equipment Maintenance: Maintain buffing and polishing equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition for daily use.Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections of buffed areas to ensure a seamless finish and customer satisfaction.Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when using equipment and handling materials in the collision center.Collaboration: Work closely with the paint and collision teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient delivery of vehicles.Vehicle Operation: Employees may be required to operate company or customer vehicles as part of their job duties and must adhere to the company’s driving policies.Driving Safety: Employees are expected to refrain from using handheld devices, including cell phones and texting, while driving in connection with their job responsibilities. Safety must take precedence over all other concerns.  Qualifications Experience: Prior experience in paint buffing, polishing, or auto detailing is preferred but not required; training may be provided for the right candidate.Technical Skills: Familiarity with buffing tools, polishing techniques, and detailing equipment.Attention to Detail: Ability to identify imperfections and ensure high-quality finishes on painted surfaces.Ability to Read and Follow Instructions: Proficient in reading and following repair/estimate orders to ensure accurate work is completed.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with a good driving record, adhering to company driving policies.Physical Requirements: Capability to stand, bend, and work on vehicles for extended periods, and lift up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs] as needed.Safety Awareness: Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines, including proper use of tools and compliance with driving policies.Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate with the paint and collision teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient delivery of vehicles.Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of work quality.
