Summary of Job: Assist with the set up and the maintenance of theaters, scare zones, and haunted attractions throughout the park for Fright Fest.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in all Fright Fest set-up with the ability to set up and maintain all décor including props, lights, and set piecesMaintain a focus on attention to detailWork as a team, collaborate, follow written and verbal directions, and take initiativeAdhere to all department and company safety policies; wear appropriate safety equipment as neededMaintain overall daily cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiencyWill be occasionally operating man lifts and other machineryWill be required to complete a fall protection courseWill be required to complete a general lift operator safety courseWill be working with minor electrical equipmentMay be asked to help maintain the look of all areas during the run of Fright FestMust be able to preserve confidential informationWork around common allergens (pollen, dust, hay, straw, corn, latex, etc.)Skills and Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years of age with weekday availabilityThose 18 and older may be required to drive company vehicles pending background check, drivers safety course, and possession of a valid US Driver’s LicenseMust be able to complete job duties including climbing, kneeling, working in dark or confined spaces, lifting up to 60lbs. and working in heights up to 60ftMust be able to operate staple guns and wire snipsMust be able to work efficiently while being attentive to detailMust maintain a positive work environmentMust be able to confidently troubleshoot problems and identify solutions to positively affect progressMust be able to handle stressful situationsMust have strong work ethic and communication skillsMust be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitudeMust have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
