**Kelly Services is seeking a Temporary Front office admin to work at a busy local office located in Windermere, FL 34786** **Pay-$15-$17** **Scheduled Mon-Fri 8am-5pm** **Start- ASAP** **End- A few months or so. Depends on business needs** **Temporary assignment** **Responsibilities:** + Greet and direct visitors in a professional and welcoming manner. + Answer and redirect phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. + Manage the issuance of permits, passes, and keys for park access, boat ramps, and tennis courts. + Provide support for facility rentals, including coordinating with the Executive Assistant on available dates and handling key checkouts/returns. + Assist with mail sorting and retrieval. + Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed, including the Executive Assistant, Clerk, Public Works, and Human Resources. **Qualifications:** + 1-3 years of experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. + Outgoing personality and a team player mentality. + Bilingual Spanish/English preferred, but not required.
