Brook Street is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity to work for the Ministry of Defence, a full-time position as a Front desk Administrator has become available in the Aldershot Centre for Health.
The Temporary Worker will provide administrative support within Aldershot Centre for Health. The AO Administrative Officer will work to the direction of the EO Band Practice Manager to support the clinical staff. The post holder will be responsible for all administrative requirements for both new and current patient caseloads which includes liaison with the client Network practices.
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
- Covering reception desk
- Answering telephone queries and booking in and out of patients.
- Assisting with management of clinical diaries and clinics.
- Using patient tracking database to record Pts clinical journey.
- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
- Acting as an administrative liaison with internal and / or external sources
- Preparing routine correspondence
Location: - Aldershot Centre for Health, Hospital Hill, Aldershot, GU11 1AY
Pay Rate: £12.99 / hour - 37 hrs per week + 50p allowance for each worked hours, this role is full time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm or 8.30-4.30pm; 30 minutes/1 hr lunch break (lunch time is not paid)
Duration: assignment until 13/12/24; 2 weeks break during Christmas, extension starting with Jan 25, possibility based on your performance and client budget
