Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform general office duties, maintain records management systems, and provide administrative support. This role requires onsite presence 5 days a week, with core hours from 7:30 am to 3 pm.

ResponsibilitiesPerform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsCustomer serviceData entryComfortability with working on computersExperience with Microsoft Office and SalesforceAdministrative supportFront desk operationsClerical and administrative assistanceCustomer service orientedPurchase order managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree or higher is a plusEntry level to 2 years' experience requiredOffice administration experience is a plusExperience in restaurant or hospitality industries is beneficialStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task and manage time effectivelyOrganizational skills and confidentialityProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointWork Environment

The Front Desk Administrator will be seated at the front desk and is required to be onsite full time. Responsibilities include keeping two kitchens organized, ordering office supplies, acting as a liaison for security, and operating in Salesforce. The role also includes managing purchase orders and maintaining a professional and organized work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00
