FRONT DESK ADMINISTRATOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
+ Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
+ Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
+ Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
+ Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff.
+ Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
+ Support the administrative team with various projects as needed.
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus.
Pay and Benefits:
+ The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.
