The schedule typically includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The starting wage is $18.22 per hour. Key Responsibilities: + Greet guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and friendliness. + Provide information about the property, amenities, and local attractions. + Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and empathy. + Maintain accurate and organized records for guest stays. + Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing processes. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. + Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. + Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Front Desk Supervisor or Management. Education and Experience: + Previous hospitality or front desk experience is preferred but not required.
