Shift Pattern: This is a full-time position which requires full availability to work varying shifts across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Pay Rate: $18.00 pr hour

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Front Desk Agent you would be responsible for assisting guests with various tasks related to their visit and for providing information about the hotel and the local vicinity in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\n\n\n\nGreets and registers guests, providing prompt and courteous service. \nChecks guests out of the hotel.\nResolves guest challenges throughout their stay in the hotel.\nUpgrades guests, and promotes hotel services and amenities.\nCompletes the registration process, codes electronic keys, and makes appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs.\nPromotes and administers Marketing Programs for arriving guests.\nEnsures guest knows location of room, and arranges for team member to accompany guest to room.\nProvides welcome packet containing room keys, tokens of our appreciation, gifts, etc. to guest.\n\n
