HealthFitness is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic **Front Desk Attendant** to join our dynamic team at our corporate client site in Alexandria, VA. **Hours of work:** Sun and Sat 2:30pm to 8:00pm. Mon, Tue and Fri 6:00pm to 11:00pm. **What You’ll Do:** + **Welcome and Assist Members:** Be the first point of contact, greeting and checking in members with a smile. + **Provide Information:** Share details about our programs, services, and memberships. + **Ensure Satisfaction:** Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure every member has a positive experience. + Other duties as needed/required. HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our client site located in . In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. **Minimum Requirements** + High School Diploma or GED required. + Previous customer service experience a plus. + Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. Compensation: $12.50/Hour - $13.00/Hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
