Greet and register guests via a centralized registration system and coordinate with housekeeping as needed Manage cash and credit card transactions while keeping accurate paperwork Empower to resolve uncomplicated guest issues immediately Monitor and balance the daily figures, post room and tax charges on guest accounts Provide service follow-through to guests Knowledge of the business to offer guests accurate information and knowing when to escalate situations
More about you Ability to recognize and respond to guest social queues Good interpersonal communication skills in person and by phone Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Experience interacting with guests while performing desk functions and using software platforms Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and calm manner under pressure Judgment to resolve guest issues with minimal supervision and knowing when to escalate Minimum of 6 months of front desk experience or 1 year of customer service experience required
Physical requirements Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time, as well as bend and climb stairs throughout shifts
