THE JOB:

As a Front Desk Agent at The Cosmopolitan, you will welcome our guests, and by understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own the experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.90 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Greet guests warmly and welcome them to the property and the MGM Resorts family, delivering exceptional service by anticipating needs and addressing any concerns.

Ensure a smooth and professional guest experience by managing early and late arrivals, walk-ins, and the check-in/check-out process efficiently.

Enhance guest stays by offering upgraded accommodations when available.

Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest expectations and accommodate special requests.

Accurately process charges, credits, and payments while handling cash and credit transactions responsibly, following property cash-handling procedures.

Maintain security, privacy, and confidentiality by controlling and issuing keys, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience for guests.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

High School diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

Six (6) months experience in guest services focused role

Six (6) months face-to-face guest service experience

Proficient computer skills

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) platform

Cash-handling experience
