Front Desk Coordinator
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Chanhassen, Minnesota. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and guests with a warm and detail-oriented demeanor, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. • Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. • Maintain the front desk area, keeping it organized and presentable at all times. • Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments. • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures while handling sensitive information discreetly. • Provide support in coordinating office supplies and inventory management. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations and communication. • Offer assistance with special projects or tasks as needed by the team. • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required. Requirements • Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front desk role. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment. • Friendly attitude with a customer-focused approach and a detail-oriented mindset. • Familiarity with handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality. • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
