Front Desk Coordinator

About the role
As an Operations Associate you will work closely with the local management team and assist in providing support with general office administration for the Norcross, GA office. You will also provide administrative support for corporate travel including troubleshooting issues and assisting employees with liaising with the Travel Agency. You will also provide remote support for other facilities as needed. Your professionalism is vital to make our customers, vendors, employees and guests feel like their needs,  concerns and questions are taken care of. 

 

What you'll be doing 

Greet visitors in front reception and show them to their meetings/hot desks as needed  Answer phones and communicate messages to the proper employee/department  Assist in maintaining the kitchen, supply closet, copy area, and safety equipment including coordinating with the Workplace Experience Manager to source and purchase supplies  Coordinate with the Workplace Experience Manager to anticipate needs for meetings or events. Handle the setup and deactivation of building access cards, keys and passes for employees     Coordinate with property management for building access   Assist in the coordination and scheduling of conference rooms and lunches for the management team  Manage inbound/outbound mail for Norcross office via UPS and USPS  Assist in notifying Norcross office employees of alerts from Property Management  Ad hoc facility projects, assisting with Indirect procurement contracts, facility presentations, etc. Embrace and Support Computacenter’s mission and core values 

 

What you have

2+ years of experience in a corporate office – technology industry preferred. 2+ years of office management experience. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Familiar with corporate travel tools Experience coordinating large and small events Exceptional customer service skills; able to support both internal and external customers. High attention to detail – ability to spot errors and inconsistencies. Adept at handling interruptions and multi-tasking during high-volume periods. Expert Powerpoint and Excel skills., CRM systems and ERP systems. SAP Must exercise the utmost discretion due to the confidential nature of many visitors or tasks assigned. Outgoing personality with top-notch organizational, time-management and follow-up skills. Must be dependable, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision. Must be comfortable performing required tasks as assigned. Ability to take direction from multiple people. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively on a team. Possess the ability to interface with different personalities and individuals with their inquiries. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be interacting with high-level vendor and customer contacts on a regular basis.
