Description We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in the Wealth Management sector, located in Manasquan, New Jersey, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for handling front desk operations, interacting with clients, and performing office-related tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: • Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth functioning. • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service. • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Process client-related paperwork with accuracy. • Utilize basic office skills to ensure efficient operations. • Manage client appointments and schedules. • Coordinate with the team to handle client services effectively. • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. • Resolve any front desk related issues or disruptions. • Liaise with different departments for smooth client services. Requirements • Proven experience in a similar role within the wealth management industry • Demonstrable understanding of wealth management principles and practices • Proficient in basic office skills, including filing, scheduling, and the use of office equipment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Possess a customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
