Our client, a leading research-driven firm, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join their team, providing top-tier hospitality and seamless office coordination. This role will not only be the first point of contact for the office but will also be responsible for daily office administration and supporting various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet guests with a professional, welcoming demeanor.Manage deliveries and shipments, ensuring smooth handling.Oversee the conference room calendar, booking and coordinating meeting requests.Ensure conference rooms are stocked with snacks/beverages and meeting technology is set up.Assist with ad hoc administrative projects as needed by the Workplace Experience team.Qualifications:
