The Front Desk Coordinator at Universal Technical Institute's campus is the welcoming face and brand ambassador for our vibrant community. Your role involves creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for campus visitors and handling details efficiently to foster strong relationships. As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for meeting prospective students, managing phone inquiries, and handling various clerical duties.
Our ideal candidate:
Has a friendly and approachable demeanor who can easily establish a rapport with visitors - including potential students, families, UTI colleagues, and industry partners.Can handle visitor inquiries, concerns, and requests in a proactive and professional manner.Able to work collaboratively with team members to address any issues promptly and effectively.

Education / Experience
High School diploma or GED required.Previous experience with multi-line phone system strongly preferred.Customer Service experience required.Skills
