Front Desk Coordinator (Part Time Contractor)
Title: Front Desk Coordinator Location: Cleveland, OH   SUMMARY The Front Desk Coordinator is the first person an employee, customer or visitor interacts with when visiting or contacting an Everstream office.  It is vital that the person in this role understands the importance of a first impression and has the professional demeanor and understanding to make Everstream look its best with each interaction.   PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the reception area, including greeting and directing guests, packages and mail. Ensure the office space, kitchen, supply rooms are kept clean, stocked, safe and fully operational. Alert building personnel when office repairs are necessary for all markets. Complete shipping needs for staff members. Print employee badges and distribute. Coordinate maintenance and service on office machines as needed across all markets. Coordinate parking passes, inquiries and communications for all market. Place monthly supply, snack and drink orders across all markets. Provide general departmental support for copying, filing, creating mailing labels, preparing mailings. Complete special projects as assigned.   REQUIREMENTS Required: High School Degree   1+ years’ experience in answering phones and general office support   Desirable: College Degree Excellent interpersonal and phone skills; ability to get along with diverse personalities: exhibit tact, professional attitude, maturity and flexibility Solid Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
