Lead Monitoring, Assigning and Recording

Monitor online social media platforms and collate inquiries that may require further clarification. Management of Database and Systems

Ensures that databases and numbers across systems are properly updated and in sync. Ensures that the Information required by the system is complete. Find ways to automate manual processes to reduce manual work.
