As a Front Desk Receptionist, your key responsibilities will be to be at the front desk to check in visitors, answer phone calls and provide day-to-day administrative support as needed. The Front Desk Receptionist must have strong attention to detail and maintain confidentiality at all times. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize and project a positive, personable and professional image to all employees and visitors that enter the office.

What it takes:
+ High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), 0-3 years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
+ Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications) (desired)
