The Front Desk Representative @ The Carnegie provides exceptional customer service via the front desk to establish a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.
What will I do every day?
Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the communityAssist residents with requests as needed Answer incoming callsMaintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance areaRespond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Bring a smile to work every dayHave excellent customer service skills6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredSenior Living experience a plusHotel experience a plus
