As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, clients, and visitors at our primary reference lab. Your role will be critical in delivering outstanding service and supporting the smooth operation of our facility. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Essential Job Functions
Use of on-line Patient Registration to accurately register patientsUse of the Laboratory Information System (LIS) to look up and print patient ordersAccurately make change and manage $200 cash drawerPerform data entry and accurately track patient paymentsUnderstand other departments and how they interact with the operations of the organizationParticipate in Quality Assurance MonitorsFollow all established I.Q. protocolsTake Customer Service phone calls and follow up of patient and client requestsFiling, use of copy machine, phone system and calculator as neededUnderstand and adhere to HIPAA policies, procedures and regulations to assure patient confidentialityPerform other work related duties as assignedWe are excited to share with you a short video that shows why the Interpath family is so special. Pay: Starts at $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3pm
Location: 2460 SW Perkins Ave.
